Our friendly ISSO team organises International Orientation Sessions to welcome, meet and greet all new international students during the orientation week. Knowing that it’s probably the first time students are living away from home and from their families, the ISSO team is dedicated to the welfare and well-being of Our international student community. You’re always welcome to approach us if you require support or advice at any time during the course of your studies here at BERJAYA University College.
International Student Services Office (ISSo)
All international students who pursue study in BERJAYA University College are required to have a valid Visa/Student Pass.
Exempted for apply visa/student pass; Diplomatic Pass or Malaysian Permanent Residents (PR) - with Malaysian identity cards, Residence Pass – Talent (RP), MM2H and Dependent Pass (with Permission to Study Stamp/Letter from Immigration)
However should there be any changes in the policies set by the Malaysian Immigration Department www.imi.gov.my/ and Ministry of Education (MOE), it is pertinent that students abide with the conditions set.
Student Visa & Immigration Unit (SVI Unit)
To provide assistance pertaining to international students application, acceptance and legal documentation prior to enrolment.
All international students are responsbility to monitor the expiry date of their visa/student pass.
Students must submit their passports to the International Office at least THREE (3) months before the expiry of the Visa/Student Pass in order to facilitate the extension. Failing to do so, would result in additional fees imposed by the EMGS. All penalties imposed by the EMGS in the event of late extension or expiry of Student Pass as a result of late submission by the student are to be borne by the student.
