Scholarship & Study Grant Application Procedures

BERJAYA University College is offering a variety of scholarships to benefit you. Please follow the simple procedures provided below when applying for the intented scholarship/grant/loan.

  1. Acquire Scholarship information & Application form from Sales and Marketing Office.
  2. Submit the completed application form & supporting documents to Sales and Marketing Office.
  3. Successful applicants will receive a “Letter of Award” by the Scholarship and Financial Aid Office.

PTPTN Study Loan Procedures

Seeking financial support for your education is an important mission. Here are some helpful insights on how to apply for the PTPTN study loan.

  1. Open a CIMB Conventional Savings Account.
  2. Purchase a pin number for PTPTN Loan application at any Bank Simpanan Nasional branch.
  3. Submit online application at www.ptptn.gov.my before the closing dates.
  4. Check application status after 7 working days.
  5. Print agreement and submit it to Department of Scholarship & Financial Aid Office with relevant documents.
  6. Payment will be made every semester provided student maintains GPA 2.0 and above.

*NOTE: Please check Terms & Conditions of PTPTN and check application status at www.ptptn.gov.my after 7 working days from the date mentioned above. For further assistance, please contact Department of Scholarship & Financial Aid Office.

EPF Withdrawal Procedures

Applying for a loan can be a tedious task. Please follow the simple EPF withdrawal procedures below to ensure your time and energy are put to good use.

  1. Contact EPF Office & enquire about the process & documentation requirements.
  2. Request for “Student Confirmation Letter” from the Admissions & Records Office at BERJAYA UC (every semester).
  3. The Admissions & Records Office will issue a “Letter of Confirmation” & the required attachment for the students.
  4. Submit both documents (mentioned in Step 3) to EPF office.
  5. Generally EPF will send the payment to BERJAYA UC within 2 weeks upon approval.*
  6. Any excess payment will be credited into the tuition fees of the following semester.
